WMRSC membership includes access to: 

• Western Maine Discovery Day:  An experience for 3rd-6th learners; to be held May 11, 2027 at the University of Maine Farmington

• Professional development offerings for gifted and talented educators:  

WMRSC GT Group 26-27 - monthly Zoom sessions October - May, facilitated by Sue Boyce-Cormier 

Who:  GT teachers, GT Coordinators, any educator interested in GT

What:  Monthly virtual sessions; specific topics will be determined by the group members at the first convening.  The intention is to provide

opportunities for discussion and sharing of resources on a variety of GT related topics.  Contact hours will be provided following the last

session.  

When:  3:15-4:15 on the following dates from October - May:   Oct. 15; Nov. 19; Dec. 17; Jan. 21; Feb. 25; March 18; April 15; May 20 

Where:  Online via Zoom

Registration:  Registration is required; please complete the registration form by Oct. 14:  https://forms.gle/gEsjTRJ7hZNdFBGq6 There is NO FEE for WMRSC members.  Non-WMRSC participants are welcome to register; the non-refundable cost is $150 per person which includes all sessions.  A calendar invite with the Zoom  link will be provided to all registered participants.
